Across Africa was a Science Week event hosted by Carlow I.T. on Monday Nov. 14th. Three classes from our school attended one of three workshops held that day. There were 25o students from schools around the county at each workshop. The interactive presentation told the story of an expedition led by Stanley Livingston across Africa. Students participated in the story and learned about the challenges faced and the animals met along the way.
